Very professional company, from the owner, Bill, to the office staff and last but not least the team who worked on our deck. They arrived when promised and stayed with the job until finished. Not like some other contractors we have had in the past who either don't show up at all or start the job and then not show up for days or weeks to finish. They were responsive to our questions and honest about issues that they ran into with our deck structure. We appreciated that they wanted to address the issues before laying the new decking. Bill checked in with us during the process to make sure we were satisfied with how things were going. Reasonable price for the great quality work and materials. I highly recommend Keenan Construction. They completed a large project on a large two story building. This included a new metal roof, new siding, nine new windows, and included gutters. They were very professional, communicated well, and exceeded my expectations. They did an exceptional job, and their attention to quality and detail was awesome. Although the weather was challenging at times, the entire scope of improvements was completed earlier than proposed. Again, I highly recommend Keenan Construction.
